FARMER LIST
Description:
The list contains approximately 110,000 farmer names and addresses from across Australia, all with telephone numbers.
The list has been compiled over many years from numerous sources including the electoral roll, White and Yellow Pages, market research, organisation membership lists, rural publications, etc. The majority of names are categorised by farm enterprise.
Records are updated on a daily basis from a variety of sources. In addition, renters have an incentive to return undelivered mail. Nonetheless, with such a large list and a changing industry, accuracy varies from area to area and time to time.

Pricing:
Pricing is dependant on the number of records rented. Prices do not include GST. Overseas customers are not required to pay GST.

An additional set-up charge of $300 plus GST applies to all selections.
List Purchase:
Names may be purchased or swapped for other names, subject to prior agreement.
The purchase price is four times the rental cost. The setup fee may be waived for significant orders. Contact us for details.
Minimum order:
There is no minimum order. However, the set-up fee also applies to small orders.
Restrictions:
Rental allows for one time use only. Keeping back-up copies is not permitted unless records are purchased.
We must know who the client is and the nature of the material being marketed. A sample may be required.
Telemarketing, or the selling of goods and services via the telephone, is not automatically approved. Please inquire first.
Genuine market research surveys are acceptable.
The list has been seeded with dummy names to detect misuse. Legal action will be taken.
Guarantee:
The rental cost of all original returned mail (envelopes or address labels) received by Baron Strategic Services will be refunded at the rate charged (not including the set-up fee.)
The renter is responsible for the cost of transferring the returns to Baron Strategic Services. No additional liability is accepted beyond the rental cost. COD returns will not be accepted.
Terms and Conditions:
Cash with order, 30 days credit to approved clients. Allow 3-5 working days for delivery from time of acceptance of order and samples.
Brokers Commission:
30% on rental or purchase cost (not set up charge).
