Description:
The list contains approximately 75,000 farmer names and addresses from across Australia, all with telephone numbers plus some email addresses.

The list has been compiled over three decades from numerous sources including the electoral roll, White and Yellow Pages, websites, market research, organisation membership lists, rural publications, etc. The majority of names are categorised by farm enterprise. See below for a list of these.

Records are updated on a daily basis from a variety of sources. We believe it is the best list of farmers in Australia but, with such a large list and a changing industry, accuracy inevitably varies from area to area and time to time.

Prices vary according to the number of records ordered and whether they are for single or multiple use. Prices do not include GST. Overseas customers are not required to pay GST.

Enterprise type can be included with mailing and telephone details, and postcode and town can be included with telephone details, at no extra cost. This is not automatic and must be requested.

A defined selection is where specific criteria are applied eg all records within a postcode area or all records in an enterprise type.

A random selection is where no criteria are specified or the criteria are specified broadly.

An additional set-up charge of $300 plus GST applies to all selections.The setup fee may be waived for major purchases.

Names may be swapped for other names. Contact us to discuss.

Minimum order:
There is no minimum order. However, the set-up fee applies to all orders no matter how small.

Restrictions:

Rental allows for one time use only. Keeping back-up copies is not permitted. The list has been seeded with dummy names to detect unauthorised use and we will take legal action where this is found. However, our priority is to prevent misuse in the first place.

Where the list is expected to be used twice, it should be rented twice. If it is to be used more often, it may be more economic to purchase it.

Sales are subject to the records not being resold or used in competition with us. Orders will be declined where this appears likely.

We encourage list brokers but must know who the client is and the nature of the material being marketed. A sample may be required, particularly where both mail and telephone details are taken.

Telemarketing, or the selling of goods and services via the telephone, is not automatically approved. Please inquire first.

Genuine market research surveys are welcome.

Guarantee:
Mailing Data: The rental or purchase cost of records which become returned mail will be refunded at the rate charged (not including the set-up fee) based on original envelopes or address labels returned to Baron Strategic Services.

The renter is responsible for the cost of transferring the returns to Baron Strategic Services. No additional liability is accepted. COD returns will not be accepted.

Telephone data: The rental or purchase cost of all genuinely invalid records notified to Baron Strategic Services will be refunded at the rate charged (not including the set-up fee.)

Payment Terms :
Cash with order, 30 days credit to approved clients. Allow 3-5 working days for delivery from time of acceptance of order and samples.

Brokers Commission:
30% on rental or purchase cost (not set up charge).
